      Indian equity markets closed sharply higher today (Tuesday,  Feb 3rd) recording their best session in months on strong buying across sectors. The Sensex surged over 2,000 points, while the Nifty 50 jumped more than 2.5%, crossing the 25,700 mark.

                       Banking, energy, and IT stocks led the rally as investor sentiment improved on positive global cues and trade-related optimism. Broader markets also gained, with mid-cap and small-cap indices ending in positive territory. The Indian rupee strengthened against the US dollar, reflecting renewed foreign investor confidence.
